Obstruct Franken? No problem, here’s another quarter million (on top of the five million)

The RNC has just shovelled over another $250,000 to cover costs of the on-going Minnesota election court case.  They straight-forwardly admit that they consider this fight a priority.

And it is important to both parties because the ease or difficulty in mounting a Senate fillibuster hinges on this result and because THAT will have significant consequences for the ease or difficulty of Obama getting future bills through the Senate including labor and health issues, both of which will be huge battles in the House and in the PR/propaganda sphere.  There are enormous dollars and serious vested interests wishing to close down any chance of changes to the status quo.
